Terms of Service — Omnistay

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Omnistay ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Provider

Omnistay is owned and operated by Novamedia ehf. (Kt. 540606-2260), a company registered in Iceland. Omnistay is a direct booking software platform that enables accommodation providers to manage reservations, guest communications, and their booking website. We provide software tools only and are not a party to any booking transaction between properties and their guests.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscription & Billing

Omnistay is offered on a subscription basis. Fees are billed monthly or annually depending on your chosen plan. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We may update pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to violate any laws, infringe on third-party rights, transmit harmful code, or interfere with the platform's integrity. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.

6. Data & Privacy

We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data. We will not sell your data to third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Omnistay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, you may export your data for 30 days. After that period, your data will be deleted from our systems.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Iceland. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Reykjavik, Iceland.
